In general, be engaging with your audience, i.e. like when they comment, respond to their comment, etc. It makes the audience feel more welcome.

1) Weekly question to spark dialogue
- “What’s one period myth you grew up hearing?”
- “What would you tell your younger self about menstruation?”
- “What’s the biggest challenge to managing periods in your community?”
2) Polls & this-or-that
- “Reusable or disposable—what do you prefer and why?”
- “Quick-dry or extra-absorbent—what matters most to you?”
3) Mini-quiz Myth or Fact
- Post 3 statements and reveal the answers in the comments or stories later the same day.
4) Caption this challenge
- Share a behind-the-scenes photo from production or a field visit and ask followers to caption it.
5) Share a photo and use a hashtag and/or tag the company
- Share a moment from your sustainable routine, tag us, and use the hashtag [appropriate hashtag].
