    If you wish to return an item, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. After receiving and approving the return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
