Heartcup - Insert

1. Wash your hands with soap or SuperTowelTM

1. Fold the cup

1. With one leg up, insert the Cup still folded

1. When the cup is inserted, and let it unfold by releasing it

1. Turn and twist a little to place

1. When the cup is inserted correctly you can’t feel it

1. If you can feel it remove the cup and reinsert

 

Heartcup - Remove

1. Wash your hands with soap or SuperTowelTM

1. Hold the bottom of the cup and slide your index finger and press the cup body slightly to let in some air

1. Pleace note to hold the bottom of the cup when you drag it out to prevent overflow

1. Pour out the blood in the sink or the toilet

1. Wash the cup and your hands with soap or SuperTowelTM

1. Reinsert

1. Once a month, cleanse the cup for 5 minutes in boiling water

 

1. Heartcup can be worn for up to 8 -12 hours. If you have a heavy flow you might have to empty more freguently
