Design
Visuals direction:
Local branches may define their own visual expression while remaining recognizably part of the overall brand. Once a direction is chosen, it should remain consistent. Avoid developing multiple competing visual directions within the same branch.
Mixing of design elements:
The primary design elements (logo, font, and colors) should lead the design in most scenarios. Secondary design elements can lead the visuals when fitting. Other design elements can be introduced but should fit in with the content and the primary/secondary design elements.
Text on the design:
Avoid having too much text on the designs. If a lot of information must be expressed, keep it minimal on the design and then expand on it in the caption of the post.
